Roasting Method - How to Home Roast
Coffee roasting is the process of slowly heating the green bean to a desired roast level. THe green coffee bean goes through a chemical progression that causes the bean to change color during the coffee roasting procedure. There are several degrees of roasts (Light to Dark) that can be obtained during the roasting process. Please see our roast chart for example of the different roast styles.
